The ability to access, download and use this website and the apps referred to on this website without using any of your airtime or data is subject to your telco or network provider (referred to as “your provider”) agreeing with us not to charge you for such use (“data free arrangements”). Although our best efforts are made to keep the list of providers that we have data free arrangements with up to date on this website, such arrangements may end at any time and without notice to you.

 

If your provider ceases to have any data-free arrangements with us, then you will be charged by your provider for your access, download and use of this website and the apps referred to on this website in accordance with your usual terms with your provider. We will not be liable for any such charges. The trademarks shown are owned and registered to their respective owners.

Terms of Service

Koleka App Proprietary Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa with registration number 2021/515484/07 (“Koleka“, “we” and “us“), is the owner and administrator of the KolekaApp application (“KolekaApp“).

 

By downloading and using the KolekaAppKoleka App, you agree to these terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions“) and our Privacy Notice available at https://Koleka.app/privacy/, which govern your access to, and use of, the Koleka App and all services we provide to you via the Koleka App (“Services“). These Terms and Conditions create a legally binding agreement between you and Koleka in respect of the KolekaApp, so please read them carefully.

 

We may amend, review or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of amendments to our Terms and Conditions and update the “Last Modified” date at the top of our Terms and Conditions. Your expressed and continued use of either of the Koleka App and our Services confirms your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

 

If you do not understand any of the Terms and Conditions, or if you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions, please cease your use of the Koleka App or Services immediately and contact us at info @Kolekasa.co.za.

Our Services

KolekaApp is a multi-functional mobile application providing instant messaging, a wide range of content that uses reverse-billing technology to deliver its services data-free to its users on supported mobile networks. Free to download and use, we are continually creating new ways for you and business communities to communicate with each other.

These terms, conditions and restrictions will be applicable to your use of KolekaApp.

 

Keeping Your Account Secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and your KolekaApp account safe and secure. You may not allow any other person to use your account and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security breach of your KolekaApp account or our Services.

 

Age. You must be at least 18 years old to use the KolekaApp and Services. If you are not old enough to have the authority to agree to the Terms and Conditions, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms and Conditions on your behalf.

 

Registration. When you download KolekaApp and register for our Services, you must provide us with your current mobile phone number. You agree to receive messages and phone calls (from us or our third-party providers) with codes to register for our Services.

 

Address Book. You grant us the right to access the phone numbers of the KolekaApp users, stored on your device, and your other contacts in your mobile phone address book on a regular basis. This enables you to contact your contacts using KolekaApp. We do not make use of this information for any other purpose other than to allow you to use KolekaApp and Services You confirm you are authorised to provide Koleka with such numbers to allow us to provide our Services.

 

Software. For as long as you use our Services, you consent to downloading and installing updates to our Services, including automatically generated updates.

 

Fees. There are no fees or taxes associated with using the KolekaApp, but you are responsible for all carrier data plan and other fees and taxes associated with your use of your device and our Services.

Availability of our Services

The Koleka App and our Services may be unavailable or interrupted, from time to time, including for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or all of our Services, including certain features of the Koleka App and the support for certain devices and platforms, at any time. Events beyond our control may affect our Services, such as events in nature and other force majeure events. We will not be liable for any damages that you may suffer as a result of the Koleka App and our Services being unavailable or interrupted.

Termination of your access and your account

We may modify, suspend, or terminate your access to or use of the Koleka App and/or our Services anytime for any reason, such as if you violate the letter or spirit of the Terms and Conditions or create harm, risk, or possible legal exposure for us, our users, or others.

 

If we terminate, suspend or disable your account for a violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not create another account without our permission.

Acceptable Use Policy

You must access and use the Koleka App and/or our Services only for legal, authorised, and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) the Koleka App and/or our Services in ways that: (a) violate, misappropriate, or infringe the rights of the Koleka App, our users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights; (b) are illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, racially, or ethnically offensive, or instigate or encourage conduct that would be illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, including promoting violent crimes; (c) involve publishing falsehoods, misrepresentations, or misleading statements; (d) impersonate someone; (e) involve sending illegal or impermissible communications such as bulk messaging, auto-messaging, auto-dialling, and the like; or (f) involve any non-personal use of our Services unless otherwise authorised by us or (g) allow, facilitate or support criminal activity of any kind, including but not limited to, money laundering, terrorist financing, illegal gambling operations or malicious hacking or (h) pay into or otherwise to support pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix programs, “get rich quick” schemes, multi-level marketing programs or high-yield investment programs (i) involve any fraudulent conduct or activity, including but not limited to taking any actions that defraud us or any of our clients, or the provision of any false, inaccurate, or misleading information to us (j) implement the sale or purchase of any prohibited narcotics or controlled substances; (k) allow or incite any form of abusive activity, including but not limited to, imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, or otherwise taking any action that may negatively affect the performance of the Koleka App and/or our reputation.

 

You must not (or assist others to) access, use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, display, perform, or otherwise exploit our Services in impermissible or unauthorised manners, or in ways that burden, impair, or harm us, our Services, systems, our users, or others, including that you must not directly or through automated means: (a) reverse engineer, alter, modify, create derivative works from, decompile, or extract code from our Services; (b) send, store, or transmit viruses or other harmful computer code through or onto our Services; (c) gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Services or systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services; (e) create accounts for our Services through unauthorised or automated means; (f) collect the information of or about our users in any impermissible or unauthorised manner; (g) sell, resell, rent, or charge for our Services; or (h) distribute or make our Services available over a network where they could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

 

You remain responsible, and shall be liable, for all activity that occurs in or through your Koleka App accounts.

Security

In order to ensure the security and reliable operation of the Koleka App and/or the Services for all of its clients, we may take whatever action we deem necessary to preserve the security, integrity and reliability of the Koleka App and/or the Services, our network and back-office applications.

 

You shall not use the Koleka App and/or the Services in any manner which may compromise the security of our networks or tamper with the Koleka App and/or Services in any manner whatsoever, which shall include without limitation, gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Koleka App and/or Services, or delivering or attempting to deliver any unauthorised, damaging or malicious code to the Koleka App and/or Services, all of which is expressly prohibited. Any person or entity which does so, or attempts to do so, shall be held criminally liable. Further, should we suffer any damage or loss as a result of such actions, such damage or loss shall give rise to damages claim against you.

 

Should you commit any of the offences detailed in Chapter 13 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (“ECTA“), but specifically sections 85 to 88 of the ECTA, you shall, notwithstanding criminal prosecution, be liable for all direct and indirect liability, loss or damages suffered and/or incurred by us, and our affiliates, agents and/or partners.

Third Party Services

The Koleka App and/or our Services may allow you to access, use, or interact with third-party websites, apps, content, and other products and services (“Third Party Services“). For example, you may choose to use third-party data backup services (such as iCloud or Google Drive) that are integrated with our Services or interact with a share button on a third party’s website that enables you to send information to your Koleka App contacts. Please note that when you access and/or use Third Party Services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those Third Party Services.

 

We simply provide access to these Third Party Services for convenience purposes only and we do not endorse such Third Party Services and we will not be responsible or liable for any of the services offered to you by such third parties. We make no representations or warranties regarding the Third Party Services and you shall use such links, and the Third Party Services, at your sole risk.

Intellectual Property Rights and Licenses

We shall have and shall retain all rights, title and interest (including any and all intellectual property rights, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade and domains names, logos, t, trade secrets, patents, goodwill, inventions and other intellectual property rights) in and to the Koleka App and/or the Services and nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

 

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, and non-transferable license to use the Koleka App and/or our Services, subject to and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to access and use the Koleka App and/or our Services, in the manner permitted by these Terms and Conditions.

 

In order to operate and provide our Services, you grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, display, and perform the information (including the content) that you upload, submit, store, send, or receive on or through the Koleka App and/or our Services. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating and providing our Services (such as to allow us to display your profile picture and status message, transmit your messages, store your undelivered messages on our servers for up to 30 days as we try to deliver them, and otherwise as described in our Privacy Notice.

Disclaimers

You use the Koleka App and/or our Services at your own risk and subject to the following disclaimers. We are providing the Koleka App and our Services on an “as is” and voetstoots basis without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and freedom from computer virus or other harmful code. We do not warrant that any information provided by us is accurate, complete, or useful, that the Koleka App and/or our Services will be operational, error-free, secure, or safe, or that the Koleka App and/or our Services will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. we do not control and are not responsible for, controlling how or when our users use the Koleka App and/or our Services or the features, services, and interfaces our services provide. We are not responsible for and are not obligated to control the actions or information (including content) of our users or other third parties. You accordingly release us, our subsidiaries, holding companies, affiliates, and our and their directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents (together, the “Koleka Parties”) from any claim, complaint, cause of action, controversy, or dispute (together, “Claim”) and damages, known and unknown, relating to, arising out of, or in any way connected with any such claim you have against any third parties.

Limitation of liability

The Koleka Parties will not be liable to you for any damages, including lost profits or consequential, special, punitive, indirect, or incidental damages relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with the Koleka App and/or our Services, even if the Koleka Party have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with a Claim, our Terms and Conditions and/or our Services shall be limited to the aggregate fees you have paid to us for the use of the Koleka App and/or the Services in the 12 months preceding the loss-causing event. The limitation of our liability will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Koleka Parties from and against all actions, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with any of the following: (a) your access to or use of the Koleka App and/or our Services, including information provided in connection therewith; (b) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) any misrepresentation made by you. You will cooperate as fully as required by us in the defence or settlement of any Claim.

Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these Terms and Conditions, your access to and use of the Koleka App and our Services to you, as well as any disputes between us in relation thereto, to the exclusion of any conflict of laws principles.

General Legal Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Koleka App and our Services.

 

For use in South Africa. The Koleka App and our Services may only be used in South Africa. You will comply with all applicable South African export control and trade sanctions laws (“Export Laws”). You will not, directly or indirectly, export, re-export, provide, or otherwise transfer our Services: (a) to any individual, entity, or country prohibited by Export Laws; (b) to anyone on South Africa or non-South Africa government restricted parties lists; or (c) for any purpose prohibited by Export Laws, including nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons, or missile technology applications without the required government authorisations. You will not use or download our Services if you are located in a restricted country, or for any purpose prohibited by Export Laws, and you will not disguise your location through IP proxying or other methods.

 

Waiver of rights. No waiver of any right under these Terms and Conditions, shall be effective unless reduced to writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of each of us. No indulgence granted by Koleka shall constitute a waiver of any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions and accordingly, Koleka shall not be precluded, as a consequence of having granted that indulgence, from exercising any rights against the other which may have arisen in the past or which may arise in the future.

 

No Transfer of Rights. You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party. Koleka shall be entitled to transfer its rights and/or obligations to a third party on written notice to you.

 

Costs. All costs, charges and expenses of any nature whatever which may be incurred by Koleka in enforcing its rights in terms of these Terms and Conditions, including legal costs on the scale of attorney and own client and collection commission, irrespective of whether any action has been instituted, shall be recoverable on demand from you.

 

Severability. Each of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered as separate terms and conditions and in the event that these Terms and Conditions are affected by any legislation or any amendment thereto, or if the provisions herein contained are by virtue of that legislation or otherwise, held to be illegal, invalid, prohibited or unenforceable, then any such provisions shall be ineffective only to the extent of the illegality, invalidity, prohibition or unenforceability and each of the remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect as if the illegal, invalid, prohibited or unenforceable provision was not a part hereof.

 

Feedback. We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about KolekaApp and our Services, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).

Who are we?

Koleka App Proprietary Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa with registration number 2021/515484/07 (“Company“, “we” and “us“) is the owner and administrator of the Koleka super-application, an all-in-one mobile application that allows its users to access a wide range of services and functions (“KolekaApp“). The Company also owns and operates the KolekaPay application, an online wallet account that lets you pay and be paid without any data costs (“KolekaPay“).

What is data protection and data privacy?

Section 14 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa provides that everyone has the right to privacy. The right to privacy includes a right to protection against the unlawful collection, retention dissemination and use of your personal information. On 1 July 2021, the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPI Act“) became effective. We respect your privacy and we take data privacy seriously. We will only process your Personal Information in accordance with the POPI Act and this Privacy Notice.

What is this Privacy Notice?

This Privacy Notice describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information when you make use of our KolekaApp (we will collectively call them the “Koleka App“). It further informs you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

 

We may amend or update our Privacy Notice, but we will provide you with notice of these amendments and updates. Your continued use of the Koleka App and all the services available through the Koleka App (our “Services”) confirm your acceptance of our Privacy Notice. If you do not understand our Privacy Notice, you must stop using the Koleka App and our Services.

Why do you keep capitalising words?

When we use capitalised terms in this Privacy Notice, it refers to terms defined in the applicable South African data privacy law, the POPI Act. We use these terms to make it easier for you to read and understand this Privacy Notice.

Are my messages private?

We have built privacy, end-to-end encryption and other security features into our Koleka App. When you use our Koleka App, your messages remain private at all times, once they have been delivered we do not store your messages and we can’t read them. Nothing you share on the Koleka App including your messages and account information, will be shared into any of our other family of apps for others to see, and nothing you post on those apps will be shared on the Koleka App for others to see.

What about marketing?

In exchange for allowing you to use the Koleka App, the Services and the content available via the Koleka App datafree, we allow third party advertising to help us fund the cost of mobile data. Other than this, we do not allow third-party banner ads or other forms of unsolicited advertising in our Koleka App and Services. We will explore ways for businesses and other organisations such as community groups, public services, celebrities, brands etc. to communicate with you using Koleka App strictly on an opt-in basis.

 

In order to ensure that the communications and marketing campaigns are relevant to you, we may use the manner in which you access and use the Koleka App, including the competitions and offers that you view or redeem from time to time. If you participate in any of our loyalty programmes, competitions or campaigns, we may use this information to understand your likes and interests better, so that we may better serve you.

 

We use this information to improve our service to you and we will not share your information with any third parties. You have options to manage these communications and we will honour the choices you make. We do not want you to suffer the inconvenience of unsolicited or spam communication.

How do we collect your Personal Information?

We collect your Personal Information and other data directly from you when you sign up and register to use our Koleka App and we operate and provide our Services, including when you install, access or use the Koleka App and/or our Services.

 

You provide the following information to us when you use the following Koleka App and/or Services:

KolekaApp: 

  • Cell phone number only
  • Name and Surname, photo and identity number
  • and address (to comply with FICA requirements)

You may provide additional information to us as you participate in our loyalty programmes, special offers, marketing campaigns and competitions from time to time. These loyalty programmes, special offers, marketing campaigns and competitions will be clear about your information that will be collected and used by us.

 

Account Information. When creating your account(s) on the Koleka App, you provide us with your mobile phone number to create the account. You also provide us with access to the phone numbers in your mobile address book on a regular basis, including those of both the users of our Services and your other contacts to allow you to communicate with your contacts using the Koleka App. You confirm you are authorised to provide us such numbers. You may also add other information to your account, such as a profile name, profile picture, and status message.

 

Your Connections. To help you organise how you communicate with others, we may create a favourites list of your contacts for you, and you can create, join, or get added to groups and broadcast lists, and such groups and lists get associated with your account information.

 

Customer Support. You may provide us with information related to your use of the Koleka App and our Services, including copies of your messages, and how to contact you so we can provide you customer support. For example, you may send us a Koleka message or an email with information relating to our Koleka App’ performance or other issues.

Then there is information that we collect:

Usage and Log Information. We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our Koleka App and Services, and how you interact with others using our Koleka App and Services), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.

 

Device and Connection Information. We collect anonymous device-specific information when you install, access, or use the Koleka App and our Services. This includes information such as operating system, date and time, browser information, IP address, latitude, longitude, accuracy (GPS), SSID (network), BSSID (network), internal MAC address (network), bundle ID, device model, Device Manufacturer, Carrier Code, Carrier Name, SIM Code, Country, and Locale.

 

Cookies. A computer cookie is a small piece of data stored on your device when you use or access the Services via our websites. The purpose of a cookie is to identify specific users and improve your web browsing experience. We may use cookies to understand which of our FAQs are most popular and to show you relevant content related to our Services. We may also use cookies to remember your choices and to customise our Services for you.

 

Status Information. We collect information about your online and status message changes on our Services, such as whether you are online (your “online status”), when you last used our Services (your “last seen status”), and when you last updated your status message.

Then we receive information from third parties:

We receive information about you that other people provide us with, which may include information about you. For example, when other users you know use our Services, they may provide your phone number from their mobile address book (just as you may provide theirs), or they may send you a message, send messages to groups to which you belong, or call you using the Koleka App. We do not use this information for any other purpose other than to allow you to use the Koleka App.

 

We work with third-party providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support, and market our Services. For example, we work with companies to distribute the Koleka App, provide our infrastructure, delivery, and other systems, which help us understand how people use the Koleka App and our Services, and market our Services. These providers may provide us information about you in certain circumstances; for example, app stores may provide us reports to help us diagnose and fix service issues, but we will only exchange your Personal Information in accordance with the POPI Act.

Is my information secure?

We must, in terms of section 19 of the POPI Act, secure the integrity and confidentiality of your Personal Information that is in our possession or under our control, by taking appropriate, reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss of, damage to or unauthorised destruction of your Personal Information and unlawful access to, or Processing of, Personal Information.

 

Accordingly, we continue to review our security controls and related processes to ensure that your Personal Information in our possession or under our control remains secure.

 

We do not accept any liability for malicious hacking of our database to obtain Personal Information, despite our concerted and diligent efforts to protect said Personal Information database breaches. We will immediately notify you of a breach, as is required by section 22 of the POPI Act.

How do we use your Personal Information?

We use all the information we receive to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support, and market the Koleka App and/or our Services.

 

Our services. We operate and provide the Koleka App and our Services, including providing customer support, and improving, fixing, and customising the Koleka App and our Services. We understand how people use the Koleka App and our Services and analyse and use the information to evaluate and improve the Koleka App and our Services, research, develop, and test new services and features, and conduct troubleshooting activities. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us. We use cookies to operate, provide, improve, understand, and customise the Koleka App and our Services.

 

Safety and Security. We verify accounts and activity and promote safety and security on and off the Koleka App and our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our Terms and Conditions, and to ensure the Koleka App and our Services are being used legally.

 

Communications About Our Services. We communicate with you about our Services and features and let you know about our terms and policies and other important updates. We may provide you marketing for our Services and those of Datafree, our #datafree technology partner.

When do we share Personal Information?

You share your information as you use and communicate through the Koleka App and/or our Services, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support, and market our Services. We also make use of third-party service providers to assist us with the statutory FICA processes when you use KolekaPay, to verify your information as required of us in terms of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001. We provide a copy of your ID, your name and address to our third-party service providers, who verify this information against the database of the Department of Home Affairs. If we share your Personal Information with any third party, we will only do so in compliance with the POPI Act and we will ensure that anyone to whom we pass your Personal Information agrees to treat your Personal Information with the same level of protection as we are obliged to.

 

Send Your Information To Those You Choose To Communicate With. You share your information (including messages) as you use and communicate through our Services.

 

Account Information. Your phone number, profile name and photo, online status and status message, last seen status, and receipts may be available to anyone who uses our Services, although you can configure your Services settings to manage certain information available to other users.

 

Your Contacts and Others. Users with whom you communicate may store or reshare your information (including your phone number or messages) with others on and off our Services. You can use your Services settings and the block feature in our Services to manage the users of our Services with whom you communicate and certain information you share.

 

Third-Party Providers. We work with third-party providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support, and market our Services. We also may share anonymous information with third-parties for their business purposes, including the creation of reports, market research and trend analysis. When we share information with third-party providers, we require them to use your information in agreement with our instructions and terms or with express permission from you.

 

Third-Party Services. When you use third-party services that are integrated with our Services, they may receive information about what you share with them. For example, if you use a data backup service integrated with our Services (such as iCloud or Google Drive), they will receive information about what you share with them. If you interact with a third-party service linked through our Services, you may be providing information directly to such third party. Please note that when you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services.

 

Affiliated Companies. As part of the Datafree family of companies, the Koleka App receive information from, and shares information with, this family of companies. We may use the information we receive from them, and they may use the information we share with them, to help operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support, and market our Services and their offerings. This includes helping improve infrastructure and delivery systems, understanding how our Services or theirs are used, securing systems, and fighting spam, abuse, or infringement activities. We do not transfer your Personal Information out of South Africa.

 

Legal Reasons. We may collect, use, preserve, and share your Personal Information if we have a reasonable belief and/or grounds pursuant to the POPI Act that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond pursuant to applicable law or regulations, to legal process, or to government requests; (b) enforce our Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and policies, including for investigations of potential violations; (c) detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our users, Koleka, the Datafree family of companies, or others.

How do I control my information?

Services Settings. You can change your services settings to manage certain information available to other users. You can manage your contacts, groups, and broadcast lists, or use our block feature to manage the users with whom you communicate. You may also use the opt-in and opt-out functions to manage your preferences for marketing campaigns.

 

Changing Your Mobile Phone Number, Profile Name and Picture, and Status Message. You must change your mobile phone number using our in-app change number feature and transfer your account to your new mobile phone number. You can also change your profile name, profile picture, and status message at any time.

 

Deleting Your Koleka Account(s). You may delete your Koleka App account(s) at any time (including if you want to revoke your consent to our use of your information) using our in-app delete my account feature. When you delete your Koleka App accounts, your undelivered messages are deleted from our servers as well as any of your other information we no longer need to operate and provide our Services. Be aware that should you only delete our Services from your device without using our in-app delete my account feature, your information may be stored with us for a longer period. Please remember that when you delete your account, it does not affect the information other users have relating to you.

 

You have the right to request a copy of the Personal Information we hold about you. To do this, simply contact us at the numbers / addresses as provided in this Privacy Notice and specify what information you require. This will require positive identification to enable us to verify your identity and it might be subject to a fee, as is contemplated by section 23 of the POPI Act. You may also request us to stop Processing your Personal Information, but this may mean that you are no longer able to use some, or all, the Koleka App. You may send a KolekaApp message to +27 70 000 8025
